Capt Joyce Jackson is Recruiting Officer and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Air Force ROTC Detachment
015 located at Tuskegee University, AL. In this role she mentors, coaches, and trains 40 cadets as they balance complex
academic loads and Air Force commissioning requirements. Additionally, she executes local officer recruiting services in
a highly competitive market to further USAF Chief of Staff Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
Prior to her current post, as Aircraft Maintenance Unit Officer In Charge, 432d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, she led 180
Airmen from four specialties in support of maintaining 22 MQ-9 Remotely Piloted Aircraft. Her organization was critical
to the provision of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance attributing directly to strike capabilities in OPERATION
FREEDOM SENTINEL and U.S. Pacific Command. She previously served as the Officer in Charger of Operational
Suitability for the Operational Test and Evaluation squadron where she led 56 Airmen and managed $26M test assets.
Capt Jackson earned her commission from Tuskegee University in 2012.
